Changemakers VIDEOS
Today's Women's Words are from Dr. Scilla Elworthy, a peace builder, and the founder of the Oxford Research Group, a non-governmental organization set up in 1982 that develops effective dialogue between nuclear weapons policy-makers worldwide and their critics. She was nominated three times for the Nobel Peace Prize. She was also instrumental in setting up The Elders - an international non-governmental organization of public figures know for their peace and human rights activism, that were brought together by Nelson Mandela in 2007.
Listen to what Scilia has to say about freedom and what a world where women grow up free and as equals can look like.
